My Role & Process
Analyzing the existing website structure and content hierarchy
Reviewing the existing website, identifying key content groups, and understanding how different visitors access academic and institutional information.
Restructuring navigation and academic information architecture
Organizing major content areas and navigation paths to make important university information easier to find and understand.
Creating page layouts and visual direction in Figma
Designing the website interface in Figma with a focus on clarity, hierarchy, consistency, and a professional academic identity.
Building reusable sections and visual patterns
Establishing reusable components and layout patterns to maintain consistency across different types of university pages.
Implementing the approved design in WordPress and Elementor
Translating the approved Figma designs into functional WordPress pages using Elementor while maintaining the intended visual hierarchy and layout.
Refining responsiveness, navigation, and content presentation
Reviewing layouts across screen sizes, improving navigation behavior, and refining content presentation for a more consistent browsing experience.
